Twitter user @KayleeSchae saw first-hand via FaceTime her boyfriend Dru's post-surgery behavior. And maybe a little embarrassing for Dru, she posted the video Dru's mom took of their conversation.

Even though we can barely understand what Dru is saying beneath the crying and the gauze, we can tell he's so happy to see his girlfriend, even if it's only through FaceTime.
People on Twitter couldn't get enough of Dru's sweet reaction and dubbed the couple "goals."
